Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure and MLOps pipelines for production environments.
- Lead the fine-tuning and evaluation of Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance domain-specific performance.
- Architect Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to maximize data accuracy and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into advanced AI technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, data governance, and model interpretability.
- Conduct deep research on emerging AI paradigms to keep the 2026 roadmap innovative.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Extensive experience working with Hugging Face Transformers and LangChain.
- Proven track record deploying models to cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Deep understanding of NLP, vector databases, and semantic search.
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
