Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Design: Define and implement the core infrastructure for the Project 2026 AI ecosystem, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.
- Model Development: Spearhead the research and development of advanced deep learning models, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive analytics.
- Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor a cross-functional team of software engineers, data scientists, and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Strategic Roadmap: Collaborate with C-level executives to translate business objectives into technical roadmaps for the 2026 timeline.
- Pipeline Optimization: Design robust CI/CD pipelines and MLOps frameworks to streamline model deployment and monitoring.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects from conception to delivery.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous, high-complexity technical problems.
