Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance machine learning systems for the Project 2026 roadmap.
- Lead technical strategy discussions and make critical decisions on stack selection and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and security experts.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and maintain code quality.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency in production environments.
- Stay abreast of the latest AI trends to ensure our technology remains at the forefront of the industry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and distributed systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
