Responsibilities
- Define the high-level technical architecture for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers to deliver production-ready AI solutions.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms and deep learning models.
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Ensure compliance with ethical AI guidelines and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
