Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines for enterprise-grade applications.
- Define the long-term technical roadmap for AI capabilities leading up to 2026.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms in NLP and Computer Vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into product ecosystems.
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in machine learning engineering and software architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business problems into technical solutions.
