Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, production-ready AI/ML infrastructure and models.
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge algorithms in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI practices are integrated into every layer of the system.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on LLMs or Generative AI.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) and RAG architectures.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-growth environments.
