Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Systems: Design and deploy robust, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines and deep learning architectures capable of handling massive real-time data streams.
- Lead Technical Vision: Define the technical roadmap for AI integration, ensuring alignment with the company's 2026 strategic goals and industry best practices.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize large-scale models (LLMs) to ensure low latency, high accuracy, and cost-efficiency in production environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI and Deep Learning, prototyping new methodologies to maintain our competitive edge.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering or data science, with at least 3 years in a senior architect or lead technical role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Proven track record of implementing end-to-end AI solutions.
- Architecture: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Mathematics: Solid foundation in linear algebra, calculus, and statistics required for advanced model training.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
