Responsibilities
- Architect the Future: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of autonomous learning and decision-making by 2026.
- Lead the Roadmap: Define the technical vision for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, bridging the gap between theoretical AI research and practical application.
- Optimize Core Systems: Oversee the development of proprietary deep learning models, pushing the boundaries of inference speed and model accuracy.
- Mentor Elite Talent: Cultivate a high-performance engineering team, conducting technical interviews and providing mentorship to senior engineers and researchers.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with product leaders and data scientists to translate complex research into deployable, user-centric features.
- Ensure Ethical AI: Establish and enforce best practices for AI safety, fairness, and transparency in all system deployments.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a specific focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning architectures.
- Technical Mastery: Extensive experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure).
- Innovation: Demonstrated history of patentable work or contributions to open-source AI projects.
