Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design for the 2026 product suite, ensuring scalability and high performance.
- Define and execute the long-term technical vision, aligning AI capabilities with business objectives.
- Oversee the integration of cutting-edge Machine Learning models into core infrastructure.
- Mentor and cultivate a high-performing team of data scientists and ML engineers.
- Ensure strict adherence to ethical AI standards and data privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex AI concepts into user-centric features.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in specialized AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and large language models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional technical projects.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed systems.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a passion for mentoring the next generation of engineers.
