Job Description
Are you ready to define the future of artificial intelligence?
Nexus Horizon Labs is seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead the development of next-generation Generative AI and Autonomous Systems. As we look toward the technological landscape of 2026 and beyond, we need a leader who can architect scalable, secure, and groundbreaking models.
In this role, you will not just write code; you will build the cognitive infrastructure of tomorrow. You will work at the intersection of Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and MLOps to create systems that learn, adapt, and evolve.
Why Join Us?
- Work on cutting-edge Agentic AI architectures.
- Competitive compensation package with equity options.
- Flexible remote-first culture with state-of-the-art equipment.
The Role:
We are looking for a hands-on technical leader with a deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF), and vector databases. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our AI systems, from initial research prototypes to production-grade deployment.
Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Models: Design and implement robust neural architectures for Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal agents.
- Optimize Performance: Drive model efficiency, reducing inference latency and computational costs for real-time applications.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into emerging AI paradigms, including Chain-of-Thought reasoning and autonomous agents.
- Ensure Ethical AI: Implement governance frameworks to ensure AI outputs are safe, unbiased, and compliant with evolving regulations.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Build Scalable Pipelines: Construct and maintain MLOps pipelines for continuous training and deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow with 5+ years of experience in deep learning.
- Model Mastery: Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, PEFT).
- Experience: Proven track record of deploying AI models into production environments at scale.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to debug complex distributed systems and optimize algorithms for performance.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
