Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI agents capable of autonomous reasoning and multi-step task execution.
- Optimize Large Language Model (LLM) inference pipelines for high-volume, real-time applications.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate futuristic concepts into robust, production-ready code.
- Research and implement cutting-edge techniques in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Establish MLOps best practices to ensure model reliability, security, and performance at scale.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers in AI engineering methodologies.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of Transformer architectures and Generative AI models.
- Experience with vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Proven track record of deploying ML models to cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).
