Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and oversee the deployment of high-performance, AI-driven system architectures capable of handling enterprise-grade data loads.
- Integrate GenAI: Seamlessly integrate Generative AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs) into core product workflows to enhance user experience and automation.
- Future-Proof Development: Build codebases that are modular and adaptable to emerging technologies, specifically focusing on quantum-ready algorithms and edge computing.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to define technical requirements and roadmaps for the 2026 release cycle.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and optimize latency, ensuring our AI solutions run in real-time with zero downtime.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, enforce best coding practices, and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high standards of quality.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML integration.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go; deep knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Architecture: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
