Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and data infrastructure.
- Research and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models for natural language processing and computer vision.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize model performance for low-latency, high-throughput production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews and technical documentation.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably in a high-scale production environment.
- Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent understanding of distributed systems, data structures, and algorithms.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven track record of deploying models that improve user engagement or business metrics.
