Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Lead the design and implementation of scalable machine learning models tailored to the 2026 strategic roadmap, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Generative AI: Spearhead the development of advanced generative frameworks and large language model integrations to automate complex decision-making processes.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, conducting rigorous code reviews and architectural planning sessions.
- Ethical AI: Ensure all models adhere to strict ethical standards, bias mitigation protocols, and regulatory compliance for autonomous systems.
- Optimization: Continuously optimize existing data pipelines for real-time processing, reducing latency and increasing throughput.
- Research: Explore emerging AI trends, including reinforcement learning and neuromorphic computing, to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack machine learning development and production deployment.
- Core Tech: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern deep learning architectures.
- MLOps: Strong experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- NLP: Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and text analytics is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
