Responsibilities
- Core Development: Lead the end-to-end development of advanced AI models, including LLMs and computer vision systems, aligned with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant, and high-performance AI infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of data.
- Research & Innovation: Conduct cutting-edge research to implement novel techniques in natural language processing and predictive analytics.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews, and fostering a collaborative engineering culture.
- Model Optimization: Optimize model inference speed and reduce latency to ensure real-time user experiences in production environments.
- Deployment: Manage the MLOps lifecycle, ensuring continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) for AI models.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed training frameworks (e.g., Ray, DeepSpeed).
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous technical problems and deliver robust solutions under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders.
