Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design and implement cutting-edge deep learning models, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning agents tailored for 2026 use cases.
- Roadmap Execution: Lead the technical execution of the 2026 product roadmap, translating high-level strategy into concrete, scalable code.
- Optimization: Optimize model inference and training pipelines to ensure sub-millisecond latency and high throughput at scale.
- Ethical AI: Implement rigorous safety protocols and alignment strategies to ensure our AI systems remain robust, unbiased, and secure.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and researchers to bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and practical, user-centric applications.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, specifically within the AI/ML space.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, and C++ for high-performance computing.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and Kubernetes.
- Future-Proofing: Demonstrated ability to research and adapt to emerging technologies and frameworks relevant to the 2026 timeline.
