Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning models for production environments.
- Lead the architecture of our 2026 roadmap, focusing on GenAI and predictive analytics.
- Optimize MLOps pipelines for real-time inference and data processing.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Conduct research to identify emerging trends and technologies relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on Machine Learning or AI.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
