- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Collaborate closely with product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly features.
- Ensure model robustness, fairness, and ethical AI compliance across all deployments.

Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in building and deploying production-level AI systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong proficiency in MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/K8s).
- Proven track record of leading complex projects from concept to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
