Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-generation AI models focusing on predictive analytics and autonomous decision-making.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver innovative solutions.
- Define technical roadmaps for AI integration across the company’s core products.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies such as Neuromorphic Computing and Edge AI.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and ethical AI compliance.
- Mentor junior staff and establish best practices for AI development workflows.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and large language models.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from conception to production.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
