Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI solutions targeting the 2026 market landscape, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the development of complex distributed systems and neural network architectures.
- Prototype Development: Spearhead the creation of high-fidelity prototypes for next-gen AI applications, moving concepts from theory to production.
- Leadership: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize model latency, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and architect systems that adapt to evolving technological paradigms.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: Relevant cloud or AI certifications are a plus.
