Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and execution of AI infrastructure initiatives, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Scalable Architecture Design: Design and implement robust, scalable architectures for Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI applications.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment, monitoring, and optimization of AI models to ensure high availability and low latency.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to translate technical requirements into architectural solutions.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols and governance frameworks to protect sensitive AI data.
- Cost Management: Optimize cloud resource usage to minimize operational expenditure while maximizing performance.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI infrastructure and MLOps.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Deep experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of leading technical roadmaps and making strategic decisions that drive business growth.
