Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy robust machine learning pipelines designed for the high-scale infrastructure of the future.
- Lead R&D initiatives in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Agentic workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate futuristic concepts into production-ready software.
- Establish and enforce best practices for ethical AI, data governance, and bias mitigation.
- Oversee the lifecycle of data models from prototype to deployment.
- Mentor senior and junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proven track record of delivering high-impact AI products.
