Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and deep learning architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define AI requirements and implement solutions.
- Optimize algorithms for low latency and high throughput in production environments.
- Conduct rigorous data analysis and model validation to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in AI/ML to continuously improve our product offerings.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning and deep learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Extensive experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven track record of deploying ML models to cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an agile environment.
