Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and deploy robust ML pipelines capable of processing petabyte-scale datasets for 2026 scalability demands.
- Research & Development: Lead research initiatives into next-generation neural networks, reinforcement learning, and multimodal AI.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune foundation models to achieve superior accuracy and latency reduction in real-time applications.
- Infrastructure Leadership: Oversee the integration of AI solutions into cloud-native environments and edge computing devices.
- Ethical AI: Establish and enforce frameworks for responsible AI, ensuring fairness and transparency in automated decision-making.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists in best practices for deep learning and MLOps.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong focus on Deep Learning.
- Technical Stack: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of LLMs, Transformers, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and vector databases.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex optimization problems and translate business requirements into technical architecture.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for technical stakeholder management.
