Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy large-scale Generative AI models (LLMs) optimized for low-latency inference.
- Lead the design of MLOps pipelines to ensure model reproducibility and continuous integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business needs into technical AI solutions.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI paradigms to keep our stack ahead of the 2026 curve.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI compliance across all deployments.

Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on Deep Learning and NLP.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready ML models serving millions of requests.
