Responsibilities
- Design and Development: Architect, build, and maintain scalable machine learning models and deep learning pipelines using Python and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Production Deployment: Oversee the deployment of models to cloud environments (AWS/GCP) ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Data Strategy: Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data pipelines, ensuring high-quality training data for model accuracy.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Research: Stay abreast of the latest trends in AI research and apply novel techniques to improve product performance.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with major ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, Keras, PyTorch).
- Infrastructure: Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
