Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and algorithms.
- Optimize neural networks for inference speed and memory efficiency to handle real-time data streams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to define AI product requirements.
- Implement MLOps pipelines to ensure continuous integration, delivery, and monitoring of AI models.
- Conduct research to stay ahead of the curve in AI advancements, specifically focusing on 2026 tech stacks.
- Mentor junior engineers and code review contributions to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably in a high-growth startup environment.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow with deep understanding of deep learning frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with data engineering tools (Spark, Kafka, SQL) is highly desirable.
