Responsibilities
- Design and architect hybrid AI-Quantum models for scalable applications.
- Optimize machine learning algorithms to run efficiently on quantum processors.
- Lead the technical roadmap for our 2026 innovation initiatives.
- Conduct research on emerging quantum algorithms and hardware integration.
- Collaborate with data scientists and hardware engineers to define system requirements.
- Mentor a team of high-performing engineers and researchers.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or Quantum Computing.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA programming.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, PyQuil).
- Strong understanding of neural networks, linear algebra, and statistical modeling.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
