About the Role
As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for designing the architectural framework for our next-generation AI solutions. Responsibilities
- Design Scalable AI Architectures: Architect end-to-end machine learning pipelines that integrate classical and quantum computing resources to optimize processing power.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into novel algorithms, specifically focusing on NLP, Computer Vision, and Quantum Approximate Optimization (QAOA).
- System Optimization: Optimize deep learning models for latency and throughput, ensuring real-time performance in high-stakes environments.
- Talent Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Technical Strategy: Define technical roadmaps for AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with the company's 2026 strategic goals.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Security, DevOps) to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into production environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, machine learning, or AI research.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQIR).
- Architecture: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unstructured problems using advanced data analysis techniques.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
