Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI systems specifically designed for the 2026 technological landscape, including edge computing and neural network evolution.
- Quantum Integration: Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical machine learning models, preparing existing infrastructure for future quantum supremacy.
- System Architecture: Lead the architecture of scalable, fault-tolerant systems that integrate seamlessly with next-gen wearables and IoT ecosystems.
- R&D Leadership: Mentor a team of top-tier engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize deep learning models for low-latency environments, ensuring real-time responsiveness in critical applications.
- Security & Ethics: Implement robust AI governance frameworks to ensure ethical AI deployment and data privacy compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Physics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leading AI/ML architecture roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar).
- Cloud Mastery: Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with a focus on serverless and containerized environments.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and translate theoretical research into commercial products.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders and non-technical teams alike.
