Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Neural Interfaces: Design and implement scalable neural network architectures optimized for low-latency, high-bandwidth data transmission.
- Quantum Integration: Lead the integration of quantum algorithms into classical machine learning pipelines to solve complex optimization problems.
- AGI Framework Development: Develop the foundational codebases required for Artificial General Intelligence, focusing on reasoning and adaptability.
- System Optimization: Continuously monitor, debug, and optimize existing systems to ensure 99.99% uptime and efficiency.
- Collaborative Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, data science) to deliver high-impact features.
- Research & Prototyping: Stay ahead of industry trends in AI and quantum computing to prototype novel solutions for our clients.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Technical Expertise: Deep experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing libraries such as Qiskit or Cirq.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, specifically within AI/ML or high-performance computing.
- System Design: Strong proficiency in designing distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
