Responsibilities
- Research, design, and implement novel architectures for large-scale foundation models.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate research into production-ready features.
- Mentor junior researchers and data scientists within the AI division.
- Stay abreast of the latest academic literature and industry trends to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Deep Learning.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms.
- Experience with MLOps and distributed training frameworks (Ray, Kubernetes).
