Responsibilities
- Architect Core Systems: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures for Project 2026.
- Lead Research Initiatives: Spearhead research in Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning to achieve state-of-the-art performance.
- Model Optimization: Optimize existing models for latency, accuracy, and resource efficiency in production environments.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and security experts to translate research into actionable products.
- Deployment: Oversee the deployment of AI models to cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) ensuring high availability and security compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in machine learning research or applied AI engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; experience with distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Ray).
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Generative AI models.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver innovative solutions under tight deadlines.
