Responsibilities

- Lead the technical strategy for integrating quantum computing protocols into classical software stacks.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to translate research into production-ready features.
- Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, security, and system reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews to foster a culture of excellence.
- Optimize system performance and reduce latency in real-time data processing pipelines.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and modern cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong background in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and high-availability environments.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Familiarity with cloud providers (AWS, Google Cloud Platform) and serverless architectures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
