Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into cutting-edge technologies such as Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and Transformer models for the 2026 release cycle.
- Optimize Performance: Engineer high-speed inference engines and optimize model latency for real-time applications.
- Cloud & DevOps Integration: Oversee the deployment of AI models on distributed cloud environments, ensuring 99.99% uptime and security compliance.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Roadmap: Define technical milestones for the 2026 product line, aligning AI capabilities with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML systems architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, large-scale problems in unstructured data environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for stakeholders.
