Responsibilities
- Lead R&D: Spearhead research projects focused on next-gen AI architectures, aiming for breakthroughs applicable in the 2026 technological landscape.
- Model Architecture: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures.
- Ethical AI: Establish frameworks for responsible AI, ensuring fairness, transparency, and safety in all deployed models.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate research into production-ready features.
- Optimization: Continuously optimize model performance, latency, and accuracy for real-time applications.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed training frameworks.
- LLM Expertise: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (GPT, Llama, etc.) and fine-tuning techniques.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems and innovate under pressure.
