Responsibilities
- Lead System Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, fault-tolerant systems for the 2026 platform, ensuring high availability and security.
- Quantum Integration: Collaborate with research teams to integrate quantum encryption and quantum-resistant algorithms into legacy and new architectures.
- AI Orchestration: Architect the middleware layer that connects neural networks with edge computing devices, optimizing latency and throughput.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for the next three years, identifying emerging technologies that will drive the 2026 vision.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and senior developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Security First: Implement zero-trust security protocols and conduct rigorous penetration testing on all deployed systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in full-stack architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Rust, and Go. Deep understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture.
- Emerging Tech: Proven experience working with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch) or quantum computing concepts.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with creative engineering solutions.
