Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain official municipal records with meticulous attention to detail and compliance with state/federal regulations
- Process complex permit applications, licensing requests, and public inquiries with exceptional accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications and documentation for city council meetings and public hearings
- Utilize advanced software systems to maintain digital archives and generate comprehensive administrative reports
- Serve as primary liaison between citizens and municipal departments, providing expert guidance on regulatory processes
- Train and mentor junior clerks on standardized procedures and best practices in public administration

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in municipal or public sector administrative roles
