Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive audits of federal compliance protocols for critical infrastructure projects
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies for security vulnerabilities
- Coordinate with federal agencies including TSA, FEMA, and CBP on joint security initiatives
- Prepare detailed compliance reports and recommendations for senior leadership
- Train personnel on federal regulatory requirements and security protocols
- Monitor emerging threats and regulatory changes to ensure program alignment
- Lead cross-functional teams during crisis response scenarios
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Homeland Security, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of federal compliance or security experience
- Active DHS security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Expert knowledge of CFR Title 47 and federal security regulations
- Professional certification in (ISC)² CISSP or equivalent
- Proficiency in risk assessment frameworks (NIST, FISMA)
- Exceptional analytical and crisis management abilities
- U.S. citizenship required
