In this role, you will own the evolution of our CI/CD pipelines, manage our Kubernetes clusters, and drive the adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our platform is secure, performant, and ready for the future.
Responsibilities
- Architect and Manage Cloud Infrastructure: Design, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud environments on AWS or GCP using Terraform and Kubernetes.
- CI/CD Pipeline Optimization: Enhance and automate our continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines to reduce deployment times and improve code quality.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Implement and maintain IaC templates to ensure infrastructure consistency and reproducibility.
- Monitoring and Observability: Implement comprehensive monitoring solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stacks to proactively identify and resolve system issues.
- Security and Compliance: Enforce security best practices, conduct regular audits, and ensure compliance with industry standards (SOC2, GDPR).
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or a similar role.
- Cloud Expertise: Deep knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure with a strong preference for AWS.
- Containerization: Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
- Scripting: Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go.
- Tools: Experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, and Ansible.
