Responsibilities

- Ensure full compliance with GDPR, cybersecurity frameworks, and accessibility standards.
- Mentor and develop high-performing technical teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure business alignment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior technical leadership role within the public sector or large-scale enterprise environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or C# with deep knowledge of backend development.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent understanding of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into business value.
- Valid UK Security Clearance or willingness to undergo vetting procedures.
