Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce federal compliance standards across infrastructure projects in Southern California
- Conduct comprehensive audits of contractor operations and security protocols
- Develop and implement compliance training programs for federal staff
- Collaborate with legal teams on regulatory updates and policy interpretations
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for congressional oversight committees
- Lead cross-agency task forces addressing emerging security threats
- Manage compliance databases and ensure data integrity across systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Law, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years experience in federal compliance or regulatory enforcement
- Active TS/SCI security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Expert knowledge of CFR Title 44 and DHS compliance frameworks
- Proficiency in GSA MAX and SAM.gov procurement systems
- Certified Federal Investigator (CFI) or equivalent credential
