Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets to identify security trends and operational inefficiencies
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with CBP and ICE leadership to align data strategies with border security priorities
- Ensure compliance with federal data standards (FISMA, NIST) and security protocols
- Mentor junior analysts and lead cross-functional data initiatives
- Present findings to congressional stakeholders and federal oversight committees
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in federal government data analysis with security clearance
- Expertise in SQL, Python (Pandas), and advanced Excel modeling
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
- Familiarity with federal grant reporting and compliance frameworks
- Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret security clearance
