Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using advanced statistical methods to identify security threats and intelligence patterns
- Design and maintain secure data pipelines compliant with federal regulations (FISMA, NISP)
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations for senior leadership using Tableau/Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to standardize data protocols and reporting frameworks
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support high-priority investigations and policy decisions
- Maintain meticulous documentation of methodologies and findings for audit purposes
- Stay current with emerging threats and evolving data protection requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in federal data analysis or intelligence operations
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and R for statistical modeling
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph
- Deep knowledge of federal data governance frameworks (e.g., DoD 5015.2-STD)
- Experience with geospatial analysis and time-series forecasting
- Certification in CISSP, CISM, or equivalent security credential
- Proven ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
