Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets using SQL, Python, and advanced statistical methods
- Develop interactive dashboards and data visualizations for executive stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with federal data security protocols (FISMA, NIST standards)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliverables
- Present findings to senior leadership through clear, compelling reports and presentations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in federal government data analysis or regulated industry
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal data governance frameworks and compliance standards
