Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale financial datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities supporting federal initiatives
- Design and implement automated reporting systems for real-time data visualization using Tableau/Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to ensure data integrity and compliance with federal regulations
- Develop predictive models to forecast economic impacts and inform policy recommendations
- Present findings to senior leadership through executive dashboards and detailed analytical briefings
- Lead data governance initiatives ensuring adherence to FISMA and NIST standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field; Master's preferred
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with federal/government data
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and R statistical programming
- Advanced certification in data visualization (Tableau/Power BI) or data engineering
- Demonstrated experience with big data platforms (Hadoop, Spark) and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
