Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and anomalies
- Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive briefings
- Ensure data integrity and adherence to FISMA, NIST, and DoD standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable intelligence reports
- Automate data pipelines using AWS/GCP cloud services
- Maintain security clearances and handle sensitive government data
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in federal data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years experience in federal/government data analysis
- Active TS/SCI security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python, and statistical modeling
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI
- Demonstrated experience with DoD data systems (e.g., DCII, DODAAS)
- Strong understanding of federal data privacy regulations
