Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets from federal and internal sources.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI, or similar visualization tools.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and strict compliance with federal data governance standards.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive stakeholders and government officials.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data to support strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and optimize workflows.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal regulations and data security protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense contracting sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik.
- Understanding of data privacy laws (e.g., FISMA, FedRAMP) and federal compliance requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Security Clearance eligibility is a significant plus.
