Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of federal IT projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
- Ensure strict compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and agency-specific policies.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement secure, scalable IT solutions for government clients.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for technical projects.
- Prepare and present detailed technical reports and status briefings to senior stakeholders and government officials.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all contractual obligations are met.
- Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Must be a US Citizen with an active Top Secret or Secret security clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in federal contracting or government IT services.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and PMP or equivalent project management certification.
- Proficiency in ITIL v4 framework and standard IT service management practices.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for interfacing with high-level government officials.
- Ability to travel to federal facilities for meetings and training as required.
