Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain federal network infrastructure, servers, and cloud environments.
- Enforce FISMA compliance and NIST security protocols to safeguard sensitive government data.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for federal applications and hardware.
- Conduct regular system audits, performance monitoring, and vulnerability assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy IT solutions that meet strict agency requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all system configurations and changes.
Qualifications
- Active Secret Security Clearance (US Citizenship required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in federal or defense contracting environments.
- Proficiency with Cisco networking, Windows Server, and Virtualization technologies.
- Strong understanding of NIST cybersecurity frameworks and ITIL best practices.
